Worcester Beer, Cider and Perry festival is run entirely by volunteers. The organising committee works through the year, but we need lots more support when the doors open, and to help set up and tear down the festival.

We need people with all sorts of skills, so if you’d like to contribute to making the festival a great success, please let us know what you can do and when. Click below and fill in the sign-up form with your details and we’ll get back in touch.

There are fringe benefits for volunteers, depending on how much time you devote, including some drinks tokens – the sign-up form calculates your eligibility for the shifts you select. You don’t need a ticket to get in the day you are working, but if you work outside of opening times you will get a ticket to visit the festival when it is open.

This year we have on-site camping for volunteers. There’s limited hard standing, but plenty of grass for tents. If you wish to camp, tick the “camping” option on the form and use the comment field to say what you need and we’ll be in touch.
